SQLA hosted relay server

This webcast will first introduce you to the NEW Sybase iAnywhere Relay Server which provides a secure and scalable communications architecture. The Relay Server architecture:

  • Facilitates communication between mobile devices and mobile middleware servers in a way that easily integrates with existing corporate firewall configurations and policies.
  • Provides a mechanism to enable a load-balanced and fault-tolerant environment for mobile middleware servers.
  • Delivers a common communication architecture for mobile devices communicating with mobile middleware servers (MobiLink or with other Sybase middleware servers such as Afaria or OneBridge).

Roger Kehl, Sr. Product Manager for SQL Anywhere, will also show how the new Sybase Hosted Relay Server Service can simplify the set-up of a testing environment for your mobile applications. Learn how you can quickly and easily configure your back-end Sybase mobile middleware servers so they can be accessed by mobile devices without requiring your IT department to change their policies.
